  • 1/4 cup organic sour cream or plain organic yogurt
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup (For a lower-glycemic choice, use liquid birch Xylitol to taste)
  • 2 cups blackberries (May substitute cherries, strawberries or raspberries if desired)
  • Pure organic honey to taste (For a lower-glycemic choice, use liquid birch Xylitol to taste)

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream (or yogurt) and maple syrup with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth.
  2. Pour filling into pie shell.
  3. Arrange blackberries on top of filling.
  4. Chill for at least two hours.
